Sales Producer – Personal Lines

We're looking for a Personal Lines Sales Producer who will assess client needs, recommend the right insurance solutions, and drive new business growth, playing a key role in growing our Personal Lines book of business. Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business through referrals, inbound inquiries, and cross-selling opportunities.
· Provide trusted insurance advice by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
· Quote, bind, and process new business accurately and efficiently.
· Respond promptly to prospective client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
· Maintain accurate documentation and client records throughout the sales process.
· Stay current with product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for someone who combines insurance expertise with genuine people skills. You're curious, organized, and motivated to help clients make informed insurance decisions.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, RIBO license (preferred).
- Personal Lines property and automobile insurance experience is an asset.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to explain insurance solutions clearly.
- Sound judgment, and critical thinking to assess risk and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Demonstrated digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of Applied Epic is a plus.
- Professional, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
