Festival City Adult Living Support Organization is a group of non profit adult living homes based in Stratford, Ontario. We are further expanding our agency and looking for our next House Coordinator.
As a House Coordinator you will oversee a team of 10-20 team members in home with up to 4 Adult Service Users.
Your strong leadership experience will assist in creating an energetic team committed to ensuring a home dedicated to ensuring each day is a better day for its adult residents.
You will have a strong working knowledge of QAM and working with your community partners in the passion of assisting each Service User in finding their 'journey to belonging' within their own community.
Qualifications
PSW or DSW qualifications or similar diploma/certificate
Valid Canadian Driver's Licence / Valid Automobile insurance
Effective Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills are an asset
Police Vulnerable Sector Check will be required
3-5 years working in Adult Living Sector
Strong working knowledge of QAM
Proven Leadership skills and experience leading a team
Strong working knowledge of Community Programs and Networking ability for Community Integration oppourtunities.
Strong Administrative and Time Management Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
