As a a Mobile Crane (Class 3) Driver, you'll play a vital role in that mission, serving as the face of our company on job sites and ensuring materials arrive safely, accurately, and on time.

- Operate a boom/crane truck safely and efficiently while adhering to all company policies and transportation regulations.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation, including driver logs and inspection reports.

Ensure loads are properly secured and transported according to safety standards and weight regulations.

Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Transport and deliver building materials to residential and commercial construction sites.

Use boom/crane equipment to place materials accurately, including rooftop and elevated deliveries.

Work directly with customers and site personnel to ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Represent Payzant professionally and provide outstanding customer service on every delivery.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse activities when needed.

Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure delivery accuracy and route efficiency.

Participate in cross-training and support various operational functions across the business.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, policies, and training requirements.

Practice safe lifting, rigging, and equipment operation techniques.

Take every reasonable precaution to protect yourself, your coworkers, customers, and the public.
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement.

Clean Driver's Abstract.

Previous experience operating boom trucks, crane trucks, or heavy commercial vehicles.

Strong understanding of load securement, hydraulic systems, and safe operating procedures.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physically capable of lifting and handling building materials safely.
