Customer service & Data Coordinator

We are a well-established, Montreal based online retailer that has been in business since 2009. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent customer experience, while providing an environment for our employees to develop and excel at every level.

Select Rugs is looking for a Customer Service & Data Coordinator person. This is a full-time position, suited for a strong multi-tasker with excellent data entry and management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service questions, Chat.
  • Coordinate and enter data for our websites, using the Content Management System
  • Ensure websites (Shopify) reflect the most current & accurate information at all times .
  • Order processing required.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual. Strong verbal French skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasker who maintains top quality work results
  • Meticulous and extremely detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Independent worker, a real self-starter
  • Extremely comfortable with using PC computers and the Internet

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are close to public transport located Devonshire & Royalmount.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28,000.00 to $32,000.00 /year
