Job Title: Retail Sales & Design Associate – ELM + IVY
Location: ELM + IVY – Located in South Edmonton
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary + Sales Bonus ($42,000 to $60,000+/year, depending on performance). Have option for full commission for higher earning potential.

We’re looking for passionate, personable and design-minded individuals who love working with fabrics, textures, colours and people. If you’re someone who naturally enjoys helping others bring their vision to life, we want to hear from you even if you don’t have prior furniture experience. We believe the right attitude is everything. The rest can be trained.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests and guide them through our curated showroom experience
- Use our interactive design tools to help customers visualize custom furniture in their chosen layout, size, fabric, or leather
- Offer suggestions based on customers’ taste, lifestyle, and space like a design consultant with a friendly, non-pushy approach
- Learn and recommend from our full line of Canadian-made Palliser products
- Process sales and financing plans with attention to accuracy and detail
- Maintain showroom appearance and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, outgoing personality and strong people skills
- Interest or background in interior design, home staging, or furniture sales (bonus, but not required)
- A genuine desire to help people create spaces they love
- Ability to learn product knowledge and sales process quickly
- Comfortable working weekends and retail hours (Thurs/Fri until 9pm, 10–6 other days)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
