Our group provides a strategic line of B2B magazines, providing exclusive executive interviews from within industry and profiles of the latest and greatest construction projects across Canada and General Business practices within the United States. Working alongside many of the industries leading associations, we look to put forward a holistic view of a variety of sectors and their adjacent industry verticals.
As administrative assistant, your responsibilities would include:
- Scrape and create data sets to be utilized by our e marketing and business development teams
-Monitor and maintain our client databases, putting systems in place to reduce redundancy within our email marketing efforts
-Maintain document organization
-Manage positive prospects within our online CRM, ensuring they are sent follow up emails at specific intervals.
-Provide any necessary administrative support to the management team
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a very strong sense of comfort within excel especially.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
-Any experience managing e-marketing and lead organization efforts is a large plus!

Pay: $16,000.00-$17,500.00 per year
