INKOMPASS is a global paid internship program which is part of Philip Morris International (PMI) – the parent company of Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. As an INKOMPASS Intern, you will be given the opportunity to work and help us move the needle forward, towards a great future together. Transforming our business from only cigarettes products to a smoke free future and alternative products. This internship will enable you to discover yourself through challenges and cultural diversity, which will prepare you for a fulfilling career and may give you the opportunity to receive a full-time job offer with Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), upon completion of your undergraduate studies.

INKOMPASS Program Structure:

  • The INKOMPASS program has two cycles

o The first cycle will give you the opportunity to discover the different aspects of our company (operations, people and culture, etc.) through projects that will require you to interact with people from different functions/departments.
o The second cycle will provide you with the opportunity to experience a deep dive into a specific department or functional area. You will achieve this by working on a business project that will allow you to discover this particular function’s challenges, opportunities, processes and systems.
o Potential opportunity in the final cycle is to receive a full-time job opportunity with RBH.

INKOMPASS Eligibility:

  • Must have 1 or 2 year(s) remaining to graduate
  • Graduation year is 2020 or 2021.
  • Eligibility subject to passing online assessments
  • Passing criminal background Check

*All internships will be at our local head office in Toronto*.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
