Responsibilities

- Support children's individual needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, through tailored caregiving and teaching strategies.
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and achievements to inform ongoing planning and communication with families.
- Encourage positive interactions among children to develop social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support each child's unique developmental journey.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is required.
- Prior classroom experience demonstrating ability to manage group activities effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners actively.

- Certification in early childhood education
