Position: Nail Technician
Wage: $150/day (One month probationary period at $135/day) staff keep individual tips.
Available Positions:
One full time position: 5-6 days a week; Sunday to Friday.
or
Two part time positions: 3 days a week; Sunday to Tuesday & Wednesday to Friday.
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Job Summary
We are looking for professional individuals that are passionate about the nail industry and like to stay up to date on newest trends, techniques, and equipment. Ideal candidates take pride in their work and are motivated to provide the best care to our clients. Qualifying individuals have plenty of experience providing quality services in the beauty industry. Candidates new to the industry, looking to jump start their career are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Gentle, efficient, and long lasting manicures and pedicures
- Thorough experience using gel, acrylic, polish, and extensions
- Ability to do nail add-ons such as french tip, ombre, chrome, and cat eye
- Thorough cleanliness and sanitary practices with equipment and work spaces
- Competent customer care: good listening skills, gentle and efficient work, and providing high quality, relaxing, and consistent service
Additional Assets
- A passion for custom nail art
- Experience with Gel-X
- Experience with hydro facials
- Confidence with full body and facial waxing
Duties
- Providing services such as Manicures, Pedicures, Refills, Extensions, Removal, Nail Repair, Gel, Acrylic, Simple and Custom Nail Art, Spa Treatment for pedicures including Massage and Hot Stone, Paraffin Wax for hands and feet
- Sanitizing tools and keeping work environments clean
Salon Hours:
Monday 10 am – 7 pm.
Tuesday 10 am – 7 pm.
Wednesday 10 am – 7 pm.
Thursday 10 am – 7 pm.
Friday 10 am – 7 pm.
Saturday 10 am – 5:30 pm.
Sunday 10 am – 5:30 pm.
