We are looking for a Clinical Specialist – Respiratory Therapist - Sales Representative; a key contributor in driving the sales of our respiratory products within hospitals and healthcare facilities across Western Canada (AB & BC) based out of Vancouver, BC. You will serve as a vital link between our company and healthcare providers, offering your expertise and knowledge to showcase the benefits of our products and how they can positively impact patient care and hospital budgets in a sustainable manner.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Actively work with the current territory manager(s) to leverage skills and knowledge to best achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals within hospitals.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare staff, ensuring they are proficient in the use of our respiratory products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Respiratory Therapy.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in good standing with the BCSRT + CSRT
- Strong sales and business development skills; preferred to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of respiratory care and experience working in hospital settings is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
