iGaming Ontario is an agency of the Government of Ontario responsible for conducting and managing the Province’s regulated internet gaming (iGaming) market. Established in July 2021, iGaming Ontario works with private gaming operators and government stakeholders to deliver a safe, sustainable, and healthy market that operates in the public interest.

Departmental Summary
The Business Transformation and Program Delivery department leads the delivery of strategic initiatives. The team works across the organization and with external partners to plan and deliver special projects, implement new business capabilities, improve processes and strengthen operational readiness. Our work spans project delivery, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement in support of iGaming Ontario’s strategic priorities.
Work Description
Supporting the Business Transformation and Program Delivery function, you may have the opportunity to work on some or all of the following activities:
- Support project coordination and delivery by tracking project plans and risks/issues across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with igaming Operators and external vendors in support of delivery.
- Maintain key project artifacts, including status reports, action logs, and governance documentation.
- Contribute to executive briefings, presentations, and regular reporting to support project oversight and decision-making.
- Plan and support project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and templates.
How do I qualify?
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Project Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Mandatory
You must meet all eligibility criteria by the first day of employment:
1. Co-op Student Status: Enrolled as a full-time post-secondary student in a co-operative education program at a recognized institution.
2. Work Environment: You must be living in the province of Ontario during the term of employment and you are required to work in office 5 days a week.
3. Work Status: Eligible to work in Canada.
