- Supervises personnel may include coordination of contractors, to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable operations in assigned operating units (fields, plants, manufacturing, terminaling, pipelines, warehousing, offices, etc.).

- Typical Job Positions may include Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Lubricants Production Supervisor, Tenant Services Supervisor, Transportation Supervisor, Residential Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Pipeline Field Operations Supervisor.
- Supervises the day-to-day activities in the production facility.
- Maintains a safe and productive workplace through established standards/procedures.
- Manages and directs the work of others. Accomplishes production facility for human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers.
- Meets operational standards by contributing production information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements.
- Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:
- Working with professional organizations (CTCC) to assess training needs and deliver training programs for all staff.
- On site supervision and coaching of the production team.
- Participation in the selection of national and expatriate (staff and Agency) technicians for the Team.
- Build effective networks across the sites Offshore and Onshore to ensure a consistent and cooperative approach for exports.
- Responding to plant upsets and emergency situations in a calm and controlled manner and be able to use and update procedures based on your experiences.
- Communicate effectively with the expat staff, able to recognize the potential for cultural and behavioral differences.

- Functional Skills: SSHE management – operations and maintenance, managing critical operations, operations – specific technology and unit or are, console knowledge – general and specific unit, process planning and mechanical coordination, operations planning/improvement, managing critical maintenance activities, maintenance scheduling, maintenance management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Broad knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Ability to manage overall production priorities by complying with OMS, reducing backlog and optimization of resources and workload.
- Willingness to challenge the norm and promote new ideas and solutions in the Caspian operating region.
- Open and flexible attitude with a commitment to teamwork
- The ability to work across traditional discipline and cultural boundaries.
