We have an opening for a full time Receptionist to join our team working at our branch office in Medicine Hat, AB
What you will be doing:
Answer multi-line phones and direct client inquiries
Control the flow of walk in customers and callers
Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
Process new business and renewals – entry and activation, data entry, review incoming paperwork in timely manner
Process endorsements, cancellations, banking changes and change payment plans
Verify proper coverage and billing
Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding
Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers
Ensure EPIC system & company portals are updated consistently
Various duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
High School and/or Post Secondary Education
2-5 years experience in an office environment
Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Epic is an asset but not required
Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
