We are a growing renovation company specializing primarily in residential renovations throughout the GTA, including basement renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and full home transformations. We also occasionally work on small commercial interior projects.
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and business-minded individual to help grow our brand, develop engaging content, and support our marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and strategic thinking, and wants to help build a growing brand in the renovation and design industry.
Position Overview
This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) focused on content creation, marketing, and brand development.
You will work closely with our sales and design teams to transform real renovation projects into compelling content that attracts clients and strengthens our brand presence.
We're looking for someone who not only creates content, but also brings ideas, identifies opportunities, and contributes to the growth of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, website, and other marketing platforms
- Develop project showcases, before-and-after content, reels, stories, and educational posts
- Coordinate photography, videography, editing, and content production
- Organize and maintain project photos, videos, and marketing assets
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Proactively develop and propose content ideas, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience interests
- Develop content calendars and marketing plans
- Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Business Development Support
- Track and organize marketing leads and inquiries
- Assist with customer review, referral, and partnership initiatives
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and promotional campaigns
QualificationsRequired
- Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or related fields
- Strong photography, videography, editing, and content creation skills
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, and similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively develop ideas
- Fluent English communication skills
Assets
- Experience in residential renovation, interior design, construction, architecture, real estate, or related industries
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
- Photography and video production experience
- Experience creating short-form video content and reels
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are considered a strong asset
- Experience working in a small business or entrepreneurial environment
Work Environment
- Part-time position (2–3 days per week)
- Hybrid/on-site role based in Scarborough, Ontario
