Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
Must have experience in applying thin systems as well as hot rubber and comfortable working with hot rubber.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects by performing physically demanding tasks. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment while contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Laborer must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong work ethic and safety awareness.

Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Applying Hot Rubber
- Applying Thin System properly with minimum waste of Material
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools, or performing simple tasks as directed
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with site cleanup and disposal of waste materials
- Support project timelines by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices is preferred
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as applicable

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Health and Safety (preferred)
