Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role includes prepping for house and garage pads with duties such as shovelling, raking rock, operating a transit, laying pipe and numerous other light labour jobs. Operating a pressure washer, cleaning and greasing equipment etc. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the overall success of our projects. This position offers an opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic work setting with potential for growth.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities
- Prior experience in construction, or similar roles is a plus but not required
