We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed
- Provide customer support through phone etiquette and professional communication
- Support medical or dental office functions, including scheduling and patient record management if applicable
- Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and organize meetings
- Support administrative projects to improve office workflows and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience with Office experience, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Previous clerical or administrative experience, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in wedding industry a huge plus
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in typing and general office software tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
