Global Mechanical is seeking highly motivated and skilled HVAC journeymen /women or Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work with a leading company that offers extensive training, good hours, and great service contracts. You will have the opportunity to work on both installation and service and, if you want, be able learn more about building automation.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, diagnose and troubleshoot system problems
- Learn about and work with building automation systems- we have a growing automation division
- Ensure customer satisfaction with service provided
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Comply with all safety procedures and regulations
- Opportunity to work with engineers on design build mechanical projects
Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Apprentice level HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
