Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Yard Hand to support our Yard and construction operations. The ideal candidate will assist with loading and unloading materials, Bagging materials, splitting firewood and maintaining a safe and organized yard environment.
Duties
- Load and unload bagged materials
- Operate yard truck to transport bags from Bin to barn
- Maintain the organization of the yard, including stacking, storing, and retrieving materials efficiently
- Support construction-related tasks as needed, including heavy lifting and material handling
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and yard facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Shovel materials and clean up bins
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, farming environments preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (50lbs)
- Valid G2+ License
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods in a dynamic environment

Pay: $17.86-$22.00 per hour
