Deburring Technician – Aerospace Manufacturing
Xpert Aero Technologies Limited is an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified aerospace manufacturing company supplying precision machined components and assemblies to leading aerospace companies including Bombardier and De Havilland Aircraft of Canada.
We are currently seeking a Deburring Technician to join our growing team in Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Deburr precision machined metal parts using hand tools, rotary tools, and abrasives
- Remove sharp edges, burrs, and excess material from CNC machined components
- Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements
- Follow engineering drawings, work orders, and manufacturing instructions
- Handle parts carefully to prevent damage to critical surfaces and features
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with packaging and preparation of completed parts when required
- Follow company quality procedures and AS9100 requirements
Qualifications
- Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with deburring tools and finishing techniques is an asset
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
