We are currently looking to expand our Inside Sales Team with an energetic, friendly, customer-focused individual that can help us grow, as well as retain and value our existing client base.
The inside sales representative will field inbound sales calls, as well as support strategic marketing efforts by introducing increased value offerings to existing clients. By gaining a solid understanding of our client base, our equipment, and our service offerings, the inside sales representative will deliver the best possible assistance to each client and add value to each interaction. This position will play a critical role in expanding Telsco’s client base, as well as adding value for current customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be present in the phone queue during business hours to answer inbound sales calls and reply to email inquiries.
- Qualify all incoming leads by asking questions and listening closely to gain an understanding of how we can best help the customer.
- Conduct data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate the value that Telsco holds as a professional security provider.
- Keep Customer Experience top of mind in all interactions, and ensure that customers are greeted with kindness, competence and a genuine desire to help.
- Prepare and deliver proposals when applicable.
- Provide online DEMOS for product and service offerings.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to let them know about possible upgrades to hardware and /or services.
- Manage client interactions and opportunities with contact software that is put in place.
- Attend Sales Meetings and provide feedback as required.
- Provide feedback and demonstrate flexibility as this role may change or evolve over time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
