Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will support food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist with meal service to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Support kitchen staff with food handling and storage procedures following food safety guidelines
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized throughout the shift, including sweeping and mopping as needed
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation practices
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to management
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.60 per hour
