Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Leader to oversee our residential cleaning operations. This job is a permanent salaried position with paid vacation, stat holiday pay, company vehicle. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple residential sites, ensuring timely and thorough service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of cleaning staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain cleanliness standards and address any service issues promptly
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks efficiently, and optimize workforce deployment based on client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, laundry products, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Train new team members on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communication with diverse clients and team members
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments with strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Good communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, staff, and management
- Knowledge of laundry processes, cooking basics, and general household maintenance is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
