About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in mobile functional testing across both iOS and Android platforms, along with hands-on automation expertise using Appium, XCUITest, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality mobile applications through comprehensive test planning, execution, and automation within an Agile delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and leveraging modern testing tools to support continuous integration and reliable release cycles.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end functional testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Appium, XCUITest, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber (BDD).
- Execute regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure application stability and performance.
- Develop reusable test scripts and step definitions aligned with BDD practices.
- Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing using LambdaTest.
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, ensuring clear documentation and traceability.
- Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites to enable continuous testing.
- Provide clear reporting on test results, defect metrics, and release readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong automation experience using Appium and XCUITest.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as LambdaTest.
- Experience implementing BDD frameworks using Cucumber.
- Good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for web automation testing.
- Experience using Jira for defect tracking and test management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working in CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge of API testing concepts.
- Understanding of mobile device fragmentation and OS compatibility testing.
- Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing strategies.
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
