We are currently seeking a SailPoint Developer with PowerShell Experience to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
Job Description:
Day-to-Day Job Duties:
(What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Integrate and manage connectors including JDBC, ServiceNow ServiceDesk, Web Service, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, and Active Directory.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Active Directory operations such as domain lookups, attribute queries, API integrations, and password vault synchronization.
- Expert in using SailPoint V3 API's for configurations, code promotions and automations
- Hands on experience with using SailPoint utilities
- Design, build, and manage identity lifecycle workflows and triggers within SailPoint ISC.
- Configure and execute Access Certification campaigns to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Create, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint cloud rules, connector rules, and transforms.
- Onboard new enterprise applications into the SailPoint platform, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve connector and provisioning issues in IAM environments.
- Collaborate closely with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
- Continuously optimize identity governance processes and automation for efficiency and scalability.
Basic Qualifications:

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Implementation: 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying and supporting SailPoint ISC solutions.
- Connector Integration Experience: 3+ years working with connectors such as JDBC, ServiceNow, Web Services, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Workday, and Active Directory.
- PowerShell Scripting: 3+ years of advanced scripting experience focused on Active Directory automation and API integrations.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): 4+ years of experience in IAM concepts including provisioning, lifecycle management, and access governance.
- SailPoint Configuration: 3+ years working with workflows, triggers, Access Certifications, cloud rules, connector rules, and transforms.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex IAM and connector-related issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners.
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):
- Experience with identity governance in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and general scripting/programming beyond PowerShell (e.g., Python, Java).
- Prior experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) and audit processes.
- Understanding of password vault integrations (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).
- SailPoint certifications or relevant IAM certifications.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools beyond ServiceNow.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [70C$/hr -79C$/hr ]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
