We are now hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. This new concept has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
You will be a an integral part of our team, helping us provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
- Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
- provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
- Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team- taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of Central
- Follow and implement process and procedures
What You've Done:
· 2-3 years of restaurant management experienced
