Job Title: Data Testing Analyst – Banking Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Type: Contract Required Experience: 10–12 years of IT Testing experience. 6–7+ years in Banking/Core Banking domain. Strong hands-on experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, and SQL. Experience validating large-scale data migration and transformation projects. Knowledge of Core Banking modules such as Accounts, Loans, Deposits, and Payments. Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform end-to-end data validation. Responsibilities: Execute data and ETL testing activities. Validate source-to-target data mappings and transformations. Create test cases, execute tests, and manage defects. Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure data quality. Preferred: Experience with Agile methodology and banking applications. Strong analytical and communication skills.
