About the Role
As our Assistant Manager, you'll be second-in-command to the GM and an essential part of daily operations. You’ll help lead the crew with energy and efficiency—managing shifts, supporting food execution, training new team members, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling full and happy. You’ll model professionalism while keeping the vibe light, collaborative, and focused.
