CNC Operator Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and stone fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision quartz, natural stone and porcelain countertops. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and cranes for material handling as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a stone countertop manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
