About the Role
Top Order Consulting is seeking an experienced BI Technical Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions. The successful candidate will work with clients across banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, and government sectors to deliver scalable data platforms, reporting solutions, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Lead the development of scalable data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using modern BI platforms.
- Establish data governance, security, and data quality standards.
- Optimize database performance and data integration processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Support cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architectures.
- Participate in client meetings, solution design workshops, and project planning activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Data Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in an Architect or Lead role.
- Strong experience with:
- Power BI
- SQL Server
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and data integration.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Government sectors.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Fabric.
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
