You will be working closely with the on-site team at Talisman alongside staff from Sleepwell Property Management.
The Talisman is currently looking to expand the Service Team with an energetic and reliable Building Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities
As a Building Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing day-to-day maintenance and repair work within the building, and common areas.
- Completing repairs, updates, and improvements to residential units and building facilities.
- Conducting routine building and unit inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
- Responding to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or safety concerns.
- Ensuring all work areas are cleaned and left in proper condition after each job.
- Representing Sleepwell Property Management in a professional manner when interacting with tenants and staff.
- Responding to emergency maintenance calls when required.
- Tracking work hours and tasks through our maintenance database system.
- Completing and updating work orders issued by the office.
- Communicating with the on-site team regarding ongoing work and updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.08-$27.00 per hour
