The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, loves talking to people, proactively solves issues, and, most importantly, always double-checks their own work.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into the ERP system (majority of the day).
- Answer phone inquiries and assist customers.
- Solve customer challenges and ensure they find the perfect solutions for their needs.
Requirements:
- Workwear or PPE experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
