## Responsibilities
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including building, construction and painting.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely to complete renovation tasks.
- Restore and renovate various types of properties to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in renovation projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in a variety of construction tasks.
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their proper usage.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks efficiently.
