Páme Eco, launched in 2019, is a Canadian boutique manufacturer of personal and home care products. It provides contract manufacturing, private or white labeling services, and also manufactures for its own line of premium personal and home care products called Pámecare.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop products withtin the personal care and home care space. Products like hand sanitizer, hand soap, hand cream, laundry detergent, fabric softener, surface sanitizer, etc...
- Conduct chemical analysis and testing of samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment
- Develop and validate analytical methods for the identification and quantification of chemical compounds
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and results
- Interpret and analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to colleagues and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree or higher preferred
- Prior knowledge, skills and abilities in personal care & home care products is a must
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, conducting chemical analysis and testing
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, such as spectrometers, chromatographs, and titration devices
- Strong knowledge of chemical principles, theories, and techniques
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation in a laboratory setting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings
