Sweet Justice “Sweet Spot Team” Brand Ambassador
Sweet Justice is looking for a highly motivated Sweet Spot Ambassador to support retail execution and drive beverage sales performance across priority accounts in Ontario. This role plays a key part in strengthening our in-store presence, supporting key accounts, and driving measurable impact at the shelf level in licensed cannabis retail locations.
Role Overview
The Sweet Spot Ambassador will be responsible for executing in-store activations, supporting merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with retail teams to increase product visibility and sales velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store sampling and slushie activations in high-volume beverage accounts
- Support priority retailers, including key national accounts
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising excellence (shelf presence, cold box placement, pricing accuracy)
- Identify and act on distribution, visibility, and out-of-stock opportunities
- Build relationships with budtenders and retail teams to support product recommendation
- Manage a small group of accounts through follow-up and tele-sales outreach
- Track and report on in-field activity, insights, and performance
Time Allocation (Approx. 30 hours/week)
- Sampling & activations: 10–12 hours
- Store visits & merchandising: 5–6 hours
- Tele-sales & follow-ups: 2–3 hours
- Reporting & planning: 1–2 hours
Key Performance Indicators
- Account visits completed
- Activations executed
- Sales velocity improvement in activated stores
- Reorder frequency
- In-store visibility and merchandising wins
- Reduction in out-of-stocks
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail, field marketing, or brand ambassador roles
- Valid Driver’s License, and use of a vehicle
- Must be able to lift 30lbs or more
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Passion for the cannabis and beverage category is an asset
- Must be 19+
Salary Range
$25-$30/hour based on experience + monthly expenses as applicable
