Customer Care Representative – Dental Laboratory

Job Overview:
A dental laboratory in Calgary is seeking a Customer Care Representative with a dental background to support a busy customer service and case coordination role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or dental-related environment and will enjoy working with customers, handling calls and emails, and supporting incoming case documentation.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally.

Communicate with dental offices regarding case questions, updates, and requests.

Review incoming case information, prescriptions, and photos.

Upload, organize, and manage case photos and related documentation.

Coordinate with internal lab departments to support smooth case flow.

Help resolve customer questions or case-related issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service in a very busy environment.
Qualifications:

Dental background required.

Dental office or dental laboratory experience strongly preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case details.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.

Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment.
