We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. You will prepare a variety of baked goods such as cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts, with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation for Indian customers. Creativity and attention to detail are important for this role.
Responsibilities
§ Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts
§ Decorate baked goods using creative techniques
§ Follow recipes and production schedules
§ Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
§ Handle and store ingredients properly
§ Use baking equipment safely
§ Help with new product ideas and menu items
§ Reduce waste and manage supplies
Requirements
§ High school diploma or equivalent
§ 2–5 years of baking or pastry experience
§ Strong baking and cake decorating skills
§ Knowledge of food safety rules
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
§ Good teamwork and communication skills
