Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring property, preventing theft, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This role requires attentiveness, strong observation skills, and the ability to respond promptly to security incidents. Prior experience in law enforcement or surveillance is highly valued. The position offers full-time employment with paid hours and opportunities for professional growth within the security field.
Requirements
- Ontario Security license
- Valid First aid CPR certificate
- Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license with Clean driving history
Hours 0600-1400 Monday to Friday
Back up OT with 12-hour Shift rotation where required
Primary Responsibility’s
- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front line representative of our client’s organizations
- Oversee and control Access to the Client Facility
- Operate and maintain an organized Main Gate environment
- Enforcement of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Supervise the logging in and out of key site equipment
- Monitor CCTV and card access systems
- Assist with Pickup and Delivery of Product at the Facility
- Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Review, know and follow post orders as identified for site representing
- Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities’ health and safety procedures
- Conflict Resolution

Pay: $22.39 per hour
