Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work in-person every day to lead all digital marketing efforts for our real estate team. This is an on-site position, and remote work is not available. You must be able to work in the office daily. This is a requirement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our online presence and engagement through effective SEO, SEM, content creation, website management, and social media strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, strong creative and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple channels and partners. The successful candidate will have at least 5–8 years of marketing experience, particularly in digital channels, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., and make adjustments as necessary to improve results.
2. SEM Campaigns Management:
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad copy for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with agency partners for paid search and display ads, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
3. Content Creation and Blog Management:
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure regular publication of blog articles on real estate trends, tips, and insights.
- Write or edit high-quality blog posts that drive engagement, improve SEO performance, and support overall marketing goals.
- Manage guest contributors, freelance writers, or internal staff to ensure a steady flow of valuable content.
4. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content (both artwork and copywriting) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, and ensuring a strong, active online presence.
- Collaborate with designers and/or use creative tools like Canva to create visually compelling social media content.
5. Website Updates & Maintenance:
- Work with web developers (or use CMS tools like WordPress) to ensure the website is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Make regular updates to content, visuals, and functionality to enhance user experience and ensure accuracy of real estate listings and company information.
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
6. Agency Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with external agencies (digital marketing, PR, and creative agencies) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Ensure agency partners are aligned with company goals, providing them with necessary information and creative direction.
7. Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key metrics across all digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Use analytics tools to track performance, evaluate results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Present regular reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or social media are a plus.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and optimizing them for lead generation and brand growth.
Skills:
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for creating compelling content across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and a creative eye for developing engaging content.
- Familiarity with website CMS tools (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools to track digital performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
