As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative to join our team.

Position Summary
This is a dynamic role that combines inside sales, customer service, and order management. You'll be one of the primary points of contact for our customers, helping them find the right products while ensuring every order is processed accurately from start to finish.
Success in this position comes from building strong customer relationships, staying organized, and working closely with our office, retail, and warehouse teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Recommend products and generate sales through inbound customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and accurately enter customer orders.
- Check inventory availability and provide product and delivery updates.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse and retail staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

- Shipment tracking and delivery follow-up
- Prepare shipping documentation and enter shipments into courier and freight carrier portals.
- Act as a liaison between the office, warehouse, and retail operations to ensure seamless communication.
- Resolve customer inquiries and shipping or inventory issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for business development and expand the company's market presence through strategic outreach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that support sales objectives
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and post-sale support to ensure a positive experience
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques to improve performance
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or e-commerce platforms is an asset.
- Experience in the swimming pool, construction, plumbing, HVAC, distribution, or related industries is an asset but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially in technology or related industries
- Bilingual fluency in French is highly preferred for serving Canadian market
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for professional interactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
