Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing brand awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives through effective social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences in a professional manner.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Support content planning and brand messaging consistency.
- Assist in basic paid social media campaigns when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Pay: $80,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
