In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations while simultaneously driving local marketing initiatives to help expand our brand footprint. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach:
- Execute local marketing campaigns to build brand awareness for our staffing services.
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients or candidates through various channels.
- Maintain and update the agency's social media platforms and promotional materials.
Office Coordination & Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Greet visitors, clients, and job applicants warmly and professionally.
- Organize office files, documentation, and maintain databases.
- Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or marketing role.
- Asset: Previous experience in Sales or within a Staffing Agency is highly preferred and considered a major asset.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic social media platforms.
- Personality: High energy, professional demeanor, and a self-starter mindset.
Work Location & Schedule
- 100% Onsite: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Woodbridge, ON.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
