Mercedes-Benz Ottawa Downtown is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Parts Advisor / Parts Delivery Specialist to join our growing team.

This hybrid position combines customer service, inventory management, and local parts delivery, making every day different. You'll work closely with our Parts and Service teams while building relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
As a member of our Parts Department, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers and technicians moving.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts and accessory inquiries.
Identifying the correct parts using Mercedes-Benz electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems.
Recommending related maintenance items and accessories when appropriate.
Preparing quotes, processing orders, returns, and invoices accurately.
Receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory.
Coordinating and staging parts for technicians and scheduled service appointments.
Processing special factory orders and monitoring delivery timelines.
Delivering parts to local repair facilities and wholesale customers using a company vehicle.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized parts department.
Providing every customer with a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Previous automotive parts experience (dealership experience is an asset).
A solid understanding of automotive mechanical systems and components.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with CDK DMS or Mercedes-Benz EPC systems is an asset but not required—we'll train the right person.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
The ability to safely lift automotive parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
A valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
