Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall store operations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
