DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to our warehouse operations and plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders and invoices.
- Pack and ship orders according to company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational and customer service objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Understanding of warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes.
SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shift
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
