About the Role
Hope Street Management Corporation is seeking an experienced, highly organized and service-oriented Operations Lead / Property Management Associate to join our Vancouver team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining operational leadership of a key corporate housing account with administrative, project and operational support for our broader team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of a high-profile corporate housing program, ensuring that scheduling, housekeeping, maintenance, unit readiness and other operational requirements are coordinated accurately and consistently. Just as importantly, this person will be a key point of contact for client representatives and guests, providing responsive, polished and solutions-oriented service throughout their experience.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills are essential. We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with corporate clients, guests, vendors and internal team members; can handle questions or concerns professionally; and understands the importance of timely follow-up and thoughtful service.
Outside of these responsibilities, this position will provide administrative and project support across the organization. The ideal candidate enjoys making things run well: organized, dependable, technologically capable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and willing to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution.
This role also offers a pathway into residential property management. Candidates should either hold a BC Rental Property Management licence or be actively working toward obtaining one, with the opportunity to take on increasing property management responsibilities over time.

- Maintain accurate operational schedules, records and documentation
- Ensure outstanding matters are followed through to completion
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping teams, vendors and internal team members

- Take ownership of operational issues from identification through resolution
Administrative & Project Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Vancouver team
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, correspondence, reporting and follow-up
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure outstanding items and deadlines continue moving forward
- Assist with property-related administration, maintenance coordination, inspections and other activities as required

- Assist with data entry, reporting, system updates and quality-control reviews
- Help develop and maintain procedures, checklists and operational documentation
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of new software, systems and workflows
- Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through from planning to completion
- Work collaboratively across property management, leasing, maintenance, marketing and management
Property Management Development
- Support licensed Property Managers with residential property management activities as required
- Develop practical knowledge of residential property management operations and regulatory requirements
- Take on increasing property management responsibilities as experience and licensing permit

As systems and automation continue to streamline operational processes, the allocation of responsibilities within this position will evolve, with opportunities to take on additional projects and property management responsibilities.
