Looking for Part-time experienced workers for Convenience Store Attendant/Assistant/Associate.
- 7 months to 1-year minimum work experience preferred.
- Must have experience with OLG, tobacco sales, and cash handling.
- Must have references, and consent to a background check (including credit and criminal).

Duties / Responsibilities
- An exceptional point of sale customer service.
- Enthusiastic approach to up-selling and assisting customers
- Vigilant and constant observation to ensure safety on-site at all times.
- Accurate and quick execution of shift and day closing activities (Counting and balancing the till and running the standard report).
- Consistent adherence to all site-level policies and procedures.
- Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work on your own without supervision.
- Clean and maintain the site including but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors, changing garbage, etc.
- Be asked to purchase convenience items from the local market.
- Diligently stock and rotate all store products on shelves and in coolers.
- Routinely check expiry dates on products and remove the expired products from shelves.
- Prompt merchandise orders as per your supervisor’s instructions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness
- Opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
- Ask for ID when selling restricted products (tobacco & lottery) accordingly to policy.
