Data Entry and Entry Level Clerk Required

We're currently hiring for an outstanding data entry and admin clerk a fast growing professional services organisation based in Calgary. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working as an Office Administrative and Data Entry Clerk and a passion for providing the highest level of service to all our customer. Must be able to work productively within a team environment & adapt to the changes when required.

Key Duties Involves:
Manage Office duties would include data entry and analyses files

Assist administration team with administrative task when needed

Research & obtain further information for incomplete documents

Planning agendas, minutes & follow up on actions of meetings

Transferring, inputting data to & from office spreadsheets

Maintain quality levels above minimums set by management

Apply data program and techniques and procedures

Essential Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 2+ year's data entry experience including updating database systems

Be able to demonstrate high attention and accuracy with data entry skills

Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a positive "can do" attitude

Profficient organizational skills and strong attention to details

Must have confident with using MS Word, Excel and Access

Ability to work effectively in a team OR work group

Ability to follow through on given tasks
