Used Vehicle Technician – Freedom Ford

Freedom Ford is looking for a skilled and motivated Used Vehicle Technician to join our growing Service Department. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of domestic and import vehicles
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and reconditioning on used vehicles
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair requirements
- Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman Automotive Technician
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
- Comfortable working on multiple manufacturers and vehicle types
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Must supply your own professional tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat rate pay
- Base wage starting at $40/hour
- Additional efficiency and training bonuses
