We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while supporting essential operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and organization
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately
- Support team members with various manual tasks to meet daily operational goals
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
